4C Electric is an Authorized Service Dealer that offers ALL phases of Generac generator ownership support, including maintenance, service, and warranty.
Maintenance & Service Rates
Annual maintenance (oil changes, leak testing, operational tests, etc.) starts at $110. Service repairs are based on hourly rates with a minimum of one hour, prorated at half-hour increments thereafter. Rates apply only when the repair is not covered by warranty.
Warranty & Repair
If the repair qualifies under parts and/or labor coverage, there is no service charge.
Be aware some contractors charge a service call even if labor is covered, be sure to ask before you commit.

Reminder: Any repairs performed during your warranty period by someone other than an Authorized Service Dealer voids your warranty. You’ve made a big investment; it’s not worth the risk.
